  3. Take profits out the same way. Claim fees and sell inside the launch wallet, then withdraw over a private route.

Private routes make the trail hard to follow, not impossible: amounts and timing are public. This site holds each launch wallet's key encrypted; reveal it any time and import it into Phantom.
